Douglas Berger

co-host and co-producer

Doug is the host and editorial director of Brand of Brothers, in addition to being a branding agency partner and award-winning designer.

Prior to starting REMIXED: the branding agency, Dougl had the profound honor to work with clients from around the globe, including brands like Bacardi, Universal Music Group, Rolex, Mercedes, Target and countless others. He continues to work with Fortune 500s, start-ups, arts organizations, and countless others.

Doug studied Graphic Design & Illustration at The University of Miami, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Illustration, as well as a degree in Art History. He also did a short stint at the School of Visual Arts under the tutelage of the famed Milton Glaser, but returned to UM to complete his studies. While at UM, he established the Student AIGA chapter for the University and played an critical role in bringing the school newspaper online, making it one of the first five Universities with an online newspaper.

Doug has been decorated with awards including ADDY Awards, Telly Awards, Communicator Awards and the coveted Midas Award, and then some. Moreover, he has been published in a vast array of magazines and books, and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University, University of Central Florida, Full Sail, and numerous conferences.

When Doug is out of the office, he tends to find himself engaged in extracurriculars, from serving on Boards of Directors, hosting his podcast, Brand of Brothers, as well as mentoring designers through the local AIGA chapter.

Given the opportunity, he loves to paint and just make stuff. He especially loves to travel and spend his time with his wife and kids. Whether it's canoeing, kayaking, hiking or just enjoying a finely crafted beverage on his back porch overlooking the tropical fauna and sparkling lake, Doug enjoys the simpler things that make life a little extra special.

Johnny Diggz

co-host and co-producer

Johnny has a deep appreciation for the intersection of technology, creativity and the human experience, where the lines between the three blur into a symbiotic relationship. His work spans marketing, community development, strategic partnerships, and large language models, helping companies thrive across industries like telecom, fintech, blockchain, telemedicine, entertainment, and startups. Since 2019, he has actively worked with and implemented large language models, staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Remixed, a full-service branding and integrated marketing agency. At Remixed, they specialize in helping brands of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 100 companies—create cohesive and dynamic brand identities across a range of media, including digital, print, and broadcast. Their work combines storytelling, design, and strategy to ensure brands resonate with their audiences in meaningful ways, whether through AI, web, digital, social media or traditional advertising.

As the former Chief Evangelist at Cisco/Tropo, Johnny led marketing, PR, developer outreach, and community development. He also founded Geeks Without Bounds, an accelerator for humanitarian tech projects, and co-founded the Factur Makerspace in Orlando. His earlier ventures include co-founding Voxeo, where he helped secure $35 million in venture funding and built a thriving developer community.

Outside the tech world, his passion for music and storytelling shines through. He can often be found dueling pianos at venues like Howl at the Moon or producing indie films like The Karaoke King (2007). Johnny's drive to understand how technology shapes reality, perception, and creativity informs everything he does, from content creation to strategic leadership.

As a dual citizen of the US and Ireland, he embraces global perspectives and thrives on exploring the intersections of innovation, music, and the human experience.
